fluxclash.shop is operated by Alexander Vlismas trading as FLUXCLASH, Sydney, Australia. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean FLUXCLASH. You can reach us at flux.clash@outlook.com or by post at PO Box 4011, Lalor Park NSW 2147, Australia.
These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on fluxclash.shop. By placing an order you accept them. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to the order on your behalf.
Products
Every garment and accessory is made to order by a third-party fulfilment partner after your order is accepted. Small differences in placement, thread, print texture and colour can occur between screens, mockups and the finished item; these are normal production tolerances. Product images are mockups of the design on the chosen blank, not photographs of the exact item you will receive. Sizes and measurements are on each product page. Care instructions are on the product page; if they conflict with the sewn-in label, the label wins.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. If we find a pricing error on an item you have ordered we will tell you before dispatch and offer to cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there was an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraud; if we have taken payment we refund it in full.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our refund and returns policy sets out what to do if an order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, and when you can cancel. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those guarantees.
Delivery
Our shipping policy sets out where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Digital goods
We do not currently sell digital goods, in-game currency or redeem codes on this store. V-Money is earned by playing FLUX. If V-Money packs go on sale here, the terms for them, including delivery, redemption and refunds, will be added to this page before the first pack is sold.
Intellectual property
FLUX, FLUXCLASH, the champions, their names and artwork, and everything else on this site and the game belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you the product; it does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or resell the artwork.
The game and the store
The store at fluxclash.shop and the game at fluxclash.com are run by the same person but are separate services. Buying from the store does not create a game account, and the game has its own terms and privacy policy at fluxclash.com.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a product bought on it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you order and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
